Okay you know on hotmail how when you login you can see your pic well you know that border http://yfrog.com/ccsnapshot1gp Well, you see those blue borders, I was thinking on a viewuser.php why don't you have instead of a square box line a blue border square like that???? I don't imagine it being that hard to code you just need the image, which I could possibly get, or would it be something in a CSS like I think the border would be 2px thick, blue and maybe curve-ish Anyways, If you like this topic tell me.
