How come when a player joins they do not have a city it comes up like this

this maybe a stupid question but do you have a default city? ID 1 preferably

If it's not inserting their userID your register may not be updating all the info needed >,<

i took my whole game down and started over and so far its all good i got a question do you know anything about a mod i seen on here and looked up called Hoes and Drugs

And it don't say too much about the mod and if to know any about it can you give me a little info on if its free or a paid mod and who made it

if i remember correctly drugs and hoes was a big failure and very exploitable, was one of the first things i ever exploited
