New way to make avatars

Here is a Mod I am dedication to Illusions. He finally got a real life, and has moved on from CE. In this mod, you choose the avatar image, what wording you want on it. Then click the option to make it. After that, you save to your desktop, and use an image up loader like photo bucket to add it to what ever site you want.

Call this: avatar.php

Also _avatar_created.php could do with some optimization, a lot of that code is not need
