Can't get a website started off,

I just started coding, I didn't fix up my last site someone else did. I have login, register, header,index, and authenticate but nothing seems to work,

I thin he is saying he has all those files including the rest (I think he thinks that those are the core files needed to get a game running, if you know what I mean) What errors are you getting? It would be helpful to post them here so people can help you out.
