The engine is top notch for someone who really wants to run with it and give it the time it requires to get good locations and good quests developed. You can offer SERVICES based on the code (like a game). You cannot, without the express permission of Alain Bertrand, resell the code or any modified versions of it. To do so is a breach of the terms of the licence and may result in legal action and/or revocation of the licence.
