Brave/Energy Gain Per Level

Hey guys just a quick question, I think the Brave/Energy gain per Level is a bit high and I'd like to lower it. Where exactly is that lowered and if I lowered it would it change everyone's Max's or would I have to write up some kind of Update in the database?

Go into global_func.php

Find the function check_level() and all the info you need is contained there.
