[v2] itemuse.php missing code for jail/hospital/courses?

items don't seem to have cdays, hospital and jail working.

i checked itemuse.php and i don't see any reference to either of the variables.

so i want to fix it and tried to just add cdays etc to the list of stats.

doesn't work though. also, in the php the reference to jail_time is jail.

maybe i need to edit staff_items too in order to make it jail_time in the database.

was the function not finished yet or what can be the problem?

fixed it by moving some stuff from cron_day to cron_minute and adding vars to item_use..
