That's the nature with computer related things I mean jeeze, take music players online, you have Winamp, iTunes, Zune,Windows media player...they ALL do the same thing, but they're all originally coded by different people. Instead of FLAMING the man's thread with YOUR beliefs, why don't you prove him wrong. Buy his mod, check it with Killah's mod, and if they're the exact same mod, then he stole it. If the workmanship is different, or the design is different, then its his. but in the mean time, let the man try to make a buck.... Quote

If you all don't grow out of this habit, you will get sued one day. If a person can prove that your comments caused distress and damages, they have the right to compensation on your behalf. I think that's whats so fail about CE, is that you have people here who state theory, yet never back it up. Maybe that's my problem, I'm a scientist . Graduate of the University of Wisconsin school of Biology with a Bachelors, Masters, and Doctorate. I'm use to a world where you are innocent before guilty, where one doesn't blast another person's theory, and doesn't test or explain why. You all have no real idea how his mod works...yet your passing judgment. Go back and read the first few replies to this topic. Its not "Screenies please" its "YOU STOLE THIS". Your not giving the guy a true chance. Granted a few posts down, he states he doesn't have any, but once again....until you see the code, you cannot judge their code. I think that's whats so troubling...is that you can't get that simple concept. Innocent until proven guilty. Don't make allegations that cannot be proven. Test out your theory before you spout it off. Its not that hard to understand, and that's all I've been getting at the whole time. In its true simple, nature...you cannot prove that his code is stolen, you cannot prove what his code does...you have no proof. Show me some proof to why you believe this mod is stolen. I seriously challenge you. I want to see some good hard proof beyond speculation that this modification has in fact been lifted from Killah. That its nothing more than a slightly modified version of the one linked in here. Innocent until proven guilty - Iv just complete jury duty in Crown Court (Finished yesterday) so I think I have a grasp of that, IMO more than you would. Commenting everything isnt needed, ill sum it up because you've problems understanding. I was browsing the paid mods section looking for something that interests me, I found this mod and now Im the worst person in the world. Its priced at $30 when the same/similar mod is given for FREE - The guy hasnt helped himself in any way as he hasnt given ANY details about what the mod does, how it works, how it looks or any sort of demo - Plus a signature that pretty much begs for money - In my experience of CE (Iv been victim of fraudulent sales on here) this is a con, either no script would be sent or the free mod would be given. Now, funny thing is I actually PM'd the topic starter before this argument asking if he needed help setting up a game and help out, as I have done this for newbies in the past yet you make me sound like a monster. So now am penalised for viewing a topic and having an opinion - If you truelly believe he is genuine then you wont have any problems buying this mod and ending this injustice, if it turns out he is 'innocent' then by all means i'll make my apoligies. Fact is, Hitman Players - Im still none-the-wiser what it does Quote
