Lessons Counting toward game progress?

Hey guys

I am looking for ways to have the lessons count toward game progress.Something like "complete such lesson before being able to bake"

Right now it seems like the lessons have no effect.

Any ideas/suggestions?

are you wanting your players able to do certain things but have to have completed a one of the courses first??

kind of like having to have a certain item to do a crime like I just made??

if so that gives me an idea and I shall start working on this soon, just need to know what your wanting them to be able to do after completing the lesson.
