[mccode v1] Bar

Okay..so I have been practicing PHP ALL day now..writing out modifications for McCodes..and I wrote 2 v2 ones today..so I decided to make a v1..

I dont know if it is right..so post some info on it...

Im not all that good with PHP yet..but I am learning..slowly..

BTW-

I CODED THIS MOD BY MYSELF..NO HELP! DID NOT MODIFY ANY OTHER MOD!! I CODED IT MYSELF..TOOK MY ALMOST 45 MINUTES...

What it does..

Players with low will can go to the bar..pay for a drink and their will goes up slightly...

I wouldnt know what is wrong with it..I wrote it as a version 2..and did the conversion tutorial on how to convert it to v2 basically...

So yea..if you can fix
