Its a given that you would need a web host for creating a facebook application. Facebook applications by nature are hosted (somwhere you host) to be shown inside the facebook app directory and displayed for others to play inside of facebook. Simply placing a connect login button on your site is not a facebook application. That is something completely different and in fact takes more time then it would take to create a facebook app ready to go in this software. as well facebook apps are in front of a user base over 700 million people where as your site is only seen aand searched by those looking in google or those you send to it from back links and traffic. Which is a lot harder to build up then a facebook app is. These games are flash games supplied by a 3rd party Mochimedia for use in the applications with more then 32,000 available. Your not understanding the program. And think you havent seen the video. You wouldn't be creating 100s or 1000s of the same application. Loading from the csv your loading new data and a new zip file for each game. You could easily make the same game over and over again with a new name, details, and ads but would kinda be pointless less your trying to target people based on the name of the application. But with the multi app creator part of this application it creates multiple "Different" applications with a different game in each application as defined in the csv file.   If it was as simple as your explaining there would be more then 2 on the market that do exactly this. There is mine which does single app builds and multiple app builds. and another product out there that only does single app builds.   I would have to suggest you look at the video, and the instructions pdf I attached in my previous post to get a full explanation.
