How much would you want for this?

Hi, A paid request keeping it simple. I'd like a modification to add to my existing gang files. I'd like a "gang banner/logo" feature created. Only the president can change the logo. The logo will show on the gangs profile page. and on the gang listings page. I'm wiling to pay for this. Budget: $10/15
