im only looking to purchase the license as i already have the files from a friend, iv tested the files and found a few bugs and errors which iv already fixed so it looks nice and clean now so i would like to buy the license if u know who the real owner is then please do post. also i dont like the layout of nwe as i have no knowledge on how it works and it doesnt interest me in anyway. i only like the rc engine because i totally love the layout and the mods inside it are pretty good. thanks kyle for the info

because i like the rc engine as iv played alot of games the have the rc engine. its just the layout of the engine, (torn city style) which i like. and also the nwe isnt really that good if u ask for my opinion..

1 graft crime wont put u in hosp or jail iv set it to that and it doesnt say about xp because iv put it like that but if u look at the exp before u click it then u should see the difference :)

there are xp for doing crimes and the attack is the one built for mccodes v2
