I have worked with Guest for quite a while now and agree with everything in the opening post here. Best thing about him is he is patient and willing to help those learning the ropes. A lot of people don't have the patience to just sit back and give a little time to the n00bs but Guest does :) Plus his wicked sense of humour is a bonus! :)
