  1. Very true indeed! I think at the end of the day, if someone was to go on that venture and make that a reality, I can't see them limiting themselves to games because it would be limiting their profits.
  2. It's the sad truth, A_Bertrand. It's an incredibly unfair system considering that you're doing things legitimately and even if for a web based game, it can cause a huge loss as it would if stock was stolen from a physical store. By the time the user files the dispute, the digital goods have been enjoyed and have integrated too far into the games systems to be reversed. @Seker - One word, laws. xD
  3. Wrong forum category, but hello and welcome to MWG!
  4. *Sigh* This is something I didn't know until very recently. Long story short, someone made 38 payments totaling £300 over a 4 month period. In early April they claimed they were all unauthorized with Paypal. Being in disbelief at the stupidity of it, I fought them, they averaged £7.50 and totaled to quite a lot of money so it's not something I wanted to lose. Paypal didn't at all make it clear that they would fee. The fees alone totaled to £532 bringing my total losses to around £832. Whats worse is the person who filed the disputes won all cases. :I I hate paypal at times.
