  3. I just uploaded the bank module and the whole site crashed. As per old habits, I deleted the new module folder and now the entire site does not process at all... simply a blank page... FIX: Delete the folder under "modules" that it installed. Edit config/auto-defines.php and remove the lines that refer to "bank". Refresh your page and all should be good. I am on 1.1.1 and it created a memory loop that caused the server to stop the program. Might want to check the code. :)
  4. I agree with the tinymce but maybe have some sort of flag to restrict html encoding to prevent any potential injection problems?

  7. I am sorry for the appearance that I am trying to get the engine tailored to my needs specifically. I figured that if everyone who wanted to use this engine put their mod wishes and feature wishes into the bucket, a more versatile, rounded engine would come out of it. I guess since there is not much requesting going on besides me, I can see how this would appear to be my requests only. Thank you for all your hard work and it does not go unappreciated, believe me! I wish I were a better coder to help develop myself but as it is, the best I can do right now is bug test and offer suggestions/requests. :)
  8. Is there anything more that can be done with the combat mod? I was wondering if there could be a difference between ranged weapons and melee weapons perhaps? I was wanting to add a few more basic character stats and use them for different aspects of the game and combat in general. An example of my idea would be Constitution to determine HP per level. Strength for melee damage and resistance to melee damage. Dexterity for ranged accuracy/damage, and ranged defensive modification. Is this possible with the current incarnation of the combat system or is this a potential "new generation" of combat for a future release? I wanted to be able to "flesh-out" the characters a bit and give them more than just two stats to train. I was also looking into adding an intelligence type stat for crafting adjustments, etc...
  9. When you switch between locations, the right panel of what is in the location updates instantly but the title (location name and description) does not change until an overall page refresh or update happens.
  10. Love 1.0.5 already! 2 quick points I have found so far... 1) When you click to change locations, the screen does not update everything to show that you are now in the new location (heading, description, etc...) 2) Explorations are not removing AP as they used to.
  11. Loving the game engine as it unfolds! Trying to get caught up on the story line so I can start populating the game content. You guys are too fast, lol!!!

  13. Mod Request - What about a crafting mod. Craft weapons/armor/other predetermined types of gear? Maybe allow for modifications to gear?

  15. This is not really a mod as much as a slight change to the core... Could you provide a switch to select either loading the title of the game via the individual letters like it currently does, or a simple image placeholder? Loading all the images for the individual letters causes the first page opening to come slowly, as opposed to a single image of the entire name.

  17. As always your hard work is greatly appreciated! By the time I get my game story line and contents lined out, the game engine should support everything I need to get the "fleshing out" stage rolling. Keep up the good work my friend !
  18. It would be easy to say if the person is in jail they can only fight omeone else in jail, and without taking into account armor and weapons they would "normally" have equipped. Same in the hospital, except those in the hospital are usually near the brink of death anyways... maybe wheelchair races? lol :D
  19. If you attack someone right now, you gain experience and gold per battle with no AP loss... ;)
  20. Thoughts on player combat? 1) Should you be able to attack someone in jail or the hospital? 2) Currently, with two players in the game, I can attack them with no AP loss forever, even after putting them going to the hospital or jail. 3) Maybe having player combat use AP might be a good idea?
  21. New request for train mod modification = Can you add option on whether or not to show trainings that the player does not qualify for? If the game-wide option to hide unqualified trainings is set to yes, then when they go to train, only trainings that they qualify for will be present at all.

  24. Actually, I am going to "try" to add game content that is "personalized" to different character classes. So if you play as a "fighter" you will have different quests and shops available to you than if you played a "thief". This would allow me to keep the same person playing the same area multiple times as different characters to try and get all the content available. Plus, if I could somehow manage to make certain character classes available only to donators, then that might help too. PS - Lol to Zu! ;)
  25. How hard would it be to allow players to have multiple characters? When they start the game, they obviously have to create one, but what about allowing them to have multiple characters? Perhaps donators could "buy" a character slot and even "buy" a special class made available to them?
