So your members anr't smart enough to figure out how many days they are banned for but they are smart enough to know how many minutes ?

Why would you want it in minutes , you want people to know how long they are banned from your game from , you dont want them to be confused when they go on your game and it says " you are banned for something like 999674 minutes

Open " staff_users.php " in a text editer , search for " inv_user_view() " and change " if($ir['user_level'] > 3) " to " if($ir['user_level'] > 4) "

Go into staff panel , scroll down to the bottom of the page click on "Adjust user level" and change there level

Yes but you only have a certain amount , depending on what you let the users gain slaps by e.g (find 1 rare in search streets or just as a reward or however you seem fit)
