thats a great idea paul but how abouts this i make a website for our company to solve problems and basically you have to buy credit to make a post say like to post a problem you need atleast 1 post credit and we sell a package for 100 post credit for $7.50 this way company will make millions also we will have like a section to hire people to solve big problems and we have a hiring amount and how long etc... how does thats sound?

well not proper proper expert like some one that can do the work also ofcouse it will cost them more then $20 but it was just a example our company will be doing things like making engines. mods. graphics. securing. teaching. advertising. fixing people script problems. and probably hosting alot more also the payment will be like for example a client come and wants a $200 graphic work after it is done the member who done it will recieve most of the money like $150 and company keeps $50 like that

hey guys i am now back on to coding / gaming etc.. i was kind of inactive for a few weeks cause of other things but it is over now so i have now decided to open a company i need a team do that what am looking for is: html/xhtml coders graphics c++ (maybe if there are any that is good with that language) php mysql css and others if there is any that ur good at but normally these are the skills am looking for in you the company i will be opening is for helping people learn languages from a expert in my team so like a lesson and each lesson is for example 1hour for php = $20 something like that also we will be making custom engines/ Mods / templates/ layouts / graphics etc.. alot more and also i will be paying people for the work i need done by you i guarantee 90% every one will make good earning and will be getting a client nearly every day as i will be advertising our company very hardly so please post below if interested in joining hands with me

am out of the team of Dreamcoder well i decided to get out because the Owner or leader of that company is making his members do alot of work and not paying them thats is not fair well its okay if people are like willing to do the work for free but normally if this is in a Face 2 face business the boss is normally meant to have starter cash to pay his worker for the work they do but this person is asking for the work to be done then he will pay after he earns for the workers that are willing to earn from this company it is not fair on those they waste alot of their time atleast they need something its like me asking A moderator here or someone please secure my site i will pay you when i get the money " that dont seem right and the person i ask will say straight up "GET A LIFE DUDE BUSINESS DONT WORK LIKE THAT I DONT DO THE WORK UNLESS AM PAID FOR" SO IF YOU CAN UNDER STAND me also i am learning other languages soon and will be running my own company where we will be coding Custom engines from scratch etc.. a little similar like mccodes, we will make a free source where we give it out and make a forums site etc.. if you understand what i mean and have our own community, but our company is not going to be text based gaming i am planning to do it a bit more unique and make it more graphical then text based well its soon to come! Dominion has a point posting negative things about people puts them down he is a good team member (admin) his kind etc.. he is trying his best he does not go around saying to people his the best etc...he is honest say like if some one ask's him can you do this for me or that if he can he will do it but if he cant then he wount he aint greedy for money he wants to build repetition up and knowledge i think the only time you should post negative things is when he actually ask's for you opinion

Kieran-R are you talking about me well if you are then i would like to say that i dont run the team and you have not spoke to me befpre so... and the team owner's are Dreamcoder and one of his freind also i know a_bertrand and w3 theroy what you guys are thinking " that this guy is learning so many things at once and also he got so many confusuing idea's well basically i didnt say am learning them at once i just sai i am learning them one by one coz as a_bertrand said learning all at once = learnt nothing so it will take me a few good years to be atleast 80% successfull in these coding languages but the years are worth it and also w3 theory just wanted to say i know i should finish one project first when am in it but the only reason am taking 2 projects is because my other teamhas alot of members all i do for the team is Graphic design's and probz coding Mods or other when asked also ill be helping with our Engine which is in progress by advertising and layouts/graphic/mods etc.. alot more but they wount really take me long to do like for example for a good piece of work like a Mod it will take me roughly 3-4 Hours to just finish check several times thats it secure etc.. the reason i am doing my other own project is because its not like am going to be asked like 24/7 to do some thing i will have free time so in that free time why not do something for my self so thats why i took on a new project for my self well it wount be confusing for me but will be tiring and also just a little update on my project plan this is going to based on Army/wars etc.. and my team project is based on Alien/and planet life (should be a interesting story line) :rolleyes: well if you still have conofusion just post what you think is right for me and how things should work (BTW MIGHT BE SPELLING MISTAKES AND SOME SENTENCES THAT DONT MAKE SENSE REASON BECAUSE I WAS TYPING FAST)

well am thinking of making a game which is not like mccodes but similar thing to do what i mean is instead of just clicking i want to give user's some gaming experience and make it like a bit graphical 2d movement or 3d well a bit like runescape but not exact as it will take a looong time to do that i am getting into a bit of C/C++ learning so basically i want the game to be a bit like runescape where there are minigames for for some solid items which can't be bought on the game only you can win it so this way user's can be intrested and show off to other that they are good and this just triggers other user's to try it as well and like quest/mission to do to equip certain weapons an get access to certain cities or area in game also it will require alot of jquery's/css for the style of laying out the linking buttons to different places say liek in mccodes there will be a link in words saying Explore but in this idea something like a tabe with a little symbol showing a meaning of explore it will be real life experience not like something where you just attack 1 hit and you win it will take several things like you need to gain atleast alot of strength of whatever to atleast win this monster in the minigame also i am thinking of doing something like instead of strength , guard etc...just like going to gym and getting ranked i want like you attack things to train them stats and after getting certain eXP you gain a level in the skill you trained and the highest level to gain is level 100 or (w.e.) i know it is long but i will make a start i got a team which are helping me in this just posted this to just see what you guys think btw if you have not heard of runescape visit the link sign up and have a go at the game...(http//:http://www.runescape.com)
