Nicholas is right, they have no difference. But using HTML tags are more efficient the using the echo() & print() in one go. But, echo() & print() are needed in these cases. :)

I Clicked the link, and the result came up as "Pit bull fight", I straight away decided to close, until my friend wanting me to watch it.
