Its kinda good, but I need to put a variable in that. The variable calls numbers from the database, and I want the numbers to be put into the array and then randomly selected. Am I on the right track?

Have you ever seen steal item come up before? Like you can only steal whats not equipped, and whats in there inventory, as long as its not special.

Most free webhosts do not have cronjobs, I have not seen one that does, so you might have to start paying for one.

I have made a mod that works very well. You chose the player you would like to steal from, there is a 60% chance you will get nothing and a 40% chance you will get 3 - 12% of his money. You can only steal every 30 minutes, and you cannot steal from player that has a 30 lvl difference from yours.   I want to know of a price range if I were to sell this, what do you guys think I could sell this for, if I had a demo.

How can I do the following: if($level <= $urlevel by 50){ }   Something like that, I want it to count like if the other players level is higher then your level by 50 or something.

Not quite. Its kinda like rand(3%,12%) I know that code is wrong but its just a sketch of what I want.
