crazy shaped titled image maps (php mysqli based)

While in theory this is rather a simple project, create an imagemap, insert map location to assign, and done. Problem here is this is a massive data heavy project. I'm looking at close to 50,000 inserts.

If you have the time and can stand mundane projects, I have the dime.
