I would like to know if i can get a voting site like Apexwebgamin and similar sites 's Script ...

I would like to know if i can get it for free ..if yes can u link me to there??

If free...can you tell me the link to download it ??

You could find these scripts by doing a quick google search. The most popular free one is Aardvark (http://www.aardvarktopsitesphp.com), but there are a lot of sites made with it so yours wouldn't be very unique unless you made major modifications to it. The voting site I own was custom programmed by the original owner.
