ezrpg admin panel problem

here is what i get when i try and access the admin panel

I don't know why that problem happens, just try to change your files by the originals... and tell me if it works :)

sry for take so long to get back to this. the problem is they are the originals i didnt change any thing except the db info and such need to install it on my personal web server
