I'm looking for a fairly cheap graphics/php coder that knows a bit of security and mod creation.

I'm using MC Redux 2.5.5.

Budget depends on the project. I may use different people depending on how prices go.

i could code for you, but what exactly you mean by cheap how cheap whats the budget what you need, is it hourly paid or is it a fixed amount be more percific please...

It would most likely be fixed amount per project, a big project would probably pay out about 50$ a smaller one about 5-10$.

Okay now since i know your price ranges but what you now mention is big and small project and the meaning for that is ...? so how do i know if a big project you use me to make a whole ajax game for $50 and a small one is just open and close a php tag for $5? you need to explain what is it exactly..price is useless without knowing the job not like im going to hire a murderer pay them without telling them who to murder..

No offence dude, but I have to say this:

Are you even able to throw a page together? I always have a problem trusting someone who says they can do programming, therefore should be able to string a whole page of syntax together, but cannot string a basic sentence together.
