I am trying to improve my game a lot with some better design layout and therefore i am looking for a designer who is willing to make icons, banners and templates. This is a paid job and the pay for each job is decided before the work is started. I will pay you a 10% of the total payment up front..

I have no idea what rory can do image wise, nor code wise for that matter, but I do suggest getting all the images from the same person so its the same style.
