Request of a promo code "engine"

Is there anyone that could help me with an plugin-mod so users could search a promo code and when they find it (ie on facebook) they log in the game and enter somewhere and get rewarded... ? (something like register.php but only for the registered players).

This code could be changed trough an editor or admin area anytime you want... and the user could enter the code only once...
