CronJobs on localhost?

is there a chance to run cronjobs on localhost with xampp ? (OS: Windows Vista Ultimate 86x)

i need that so much :x i tryed so many ways but the fuc*ing vista is not supporting unix, curl and these kind of things...

Theres a program on here i think that does that :)

heres what i do with my local copy make 4 links on the mainmenu for each cron + code so then when you need to run then you just click the link

I ran into something like this while I was running wamp on an XP computer. What I did is get a program called pycron which is found here. http://www.kalab.com/freeware

 

using this program, along with Wget, found here, http://www.gnu.org/software/wget/ it was easy to get the crons running on the server.

 

These two programs also worked when I moved up to Windows 7 also.
