Could use some help from some site owners

Hi, please forgive me if this comes across as SPAM, but I really am looking for some help here. And if this is not the correct section for this, please do move it as needed. I need some input, and some volunteers if possible, in adding a new section to our website (PM for link)

First, so you know what it is we have already done, to give you a better idea of what we are wanting to do, the part that comes across like SPAM.

The site is geared towards helping game site owners. Right now it has the appearance of being just Flash games, but that's not true. We recently switched over the script that runs the site though, and the first section was just for Flash games, because that's what the original script was developed around. Owners/developers of Flash games can register an account, and then submit their games. Once approved, the general public can find them in our system, and go to play those games on their owner's own site. This is done through a frame set so that the visitor can add the game to their favorites on our site, and report the link if need be. But the game is played through it's own page on it's own site, showing that sites own ads, banner exchanges, etc. Plus they can choose to get rid of the frames, and they are of course free to explore that site for more games. Each game's info page on our site though can have a link back to the owners site, which adds to the backlink count.

We also have a growing list of resource sites for owners of Flash game arcades: arcade script sales sites, banner exchanges, etc.

This has been just for Flash games though, and we are working to change this.

Now the meat of why I'm posting, the non SPAM seeming part.

We are working on adding new sections, for other types of games. Right now, we have a section for downloadable games almost ready to make public. we have inserted a few games in it to test it out, and believe we will be able to take it live very soon.

But we also want to add a section for RPG/MMORPG/virtual world type games, hence this post. We really could use some input as to what it needs, and should not be done. For example, we have learned from others that such sites have different COPPA agreements, and displaying such site through a frame would probably violate those agreements, so they shouldn't be done. We also have come to the conclusion that there could also stand to be more data entries. This is what we could use your input on though. What could we add or change to make the life of an ower of such sites easier? Even such things as what categories would you like to see as choices?

We could also use volunteers. When coding begins in earnest, it would be nice to have a few accounts and sites in the test system to use to test it out. Care to volunteer to allow your site to be used? We will attempt to make sure that your account and data get moved to the live site when it goes live, and it could give you some extra promotion.

We are also working on adding in a resource site section for these as well, so if you own something like a script sales site, or know of one we should add in, please do let us know about it as well. This forum is a good example of what we hope to put in.

And we are also working on adding in other types of game sites as well, such as console games. So if you are interested in helping out with that section, let us know about that too.

Ok, nice post, but im far too lazy to read all of that, anychance of a summary?

1) We are looking for input on how to design a new section, from the owners of the sites who will be listed in that new section: RPG, MMORPG, and virtual world type sites. What info do they need us to display, what categories offered, etc?

2) We would love to have some data to insert into it while it is being coded. Can we register you an account and list your site? If so we would need some info, most of which is based on point #1 above.
