Need some help securing some files

I have had some troubles with my game and it is currently offline.

I am looking for someone who can check over my files and secure them.

I would also like the email verification checked to see if it's working as it should be and also would like the register page to only allow one person to sign up from that IP.

And I would like to make sure my inventory is secure.

These are the things I think I am having trouble with the most.

I do not have money right now but, If someone does this for free Now then after Christmas I am happy to pay for their services aslong as It is done well.
