error with attacktake.php

when i attack someone and then leave them i get this

QUERY ERROR: Column count doesn't match value count at row 1

Query was INSERT INTO events VALUES('',3,UNIX_TIMESTAMP(),0,'Alex attacked you and left you lying outside the hospital.')

it also does it on all my other files where an event needs to be sent

can anyone help please?
