Server Time in Header

I tried searching but got a lot of hits that did not come close to answering my question.

Anyone have the code to insert the game time into the header? I believe the header.php is reloading with every click or refresh so it would work ok to update the time.

I currently have it in the index.php but would like a central location where its easier seen.
