I've had a look but cant seem to find it anywhere. Can someone tell me how to add a Gang section with all the stuff that goese with that?

you have to have a yourgang.php file in your directory, if you are using v1 or v2 you need the proper file. for your version. once you have it you can link it to your mainmenu subheader by doing a print "<a href'yourgang.php;>gang </a>
