This is what i was told , [ATTACH=CONFIG]421[/ATTACH] Now from this what i assumed he was telling me was that he wanted one like thugbattle but with a few colour changes , and he wanted the colour to be like his banner . I went on his game and saw his banner and it is more or less red , i went on thugbattle and i knew that the sidebar was a green colour and the background was black + the display pick box is purple . so i thought that he wants me to copy the design and change the colours around so that the boxes are red and other colours matching his banner.I didnt want to do that so i created something new and was prepared to give him a refund , i had his money in my paypal but ebay randomly charged me 1 months payment on that day so it was gone however i have 6 usd remaining. At the time i thought i will create something similar , then i looked at the mesages again and thought he wants me to create something the same but with diff colours ? So when Alonzo / Skoda told me that he wanted a refund i said i would have to sell the layout first , i had a client in mind and they liked the design and would purchase it off me but they were on holiday and have returned today. I asked them to pay today but the client is offline at the moment and when i was talking to them the client told me that he needed it coded so i was trying to find a coder to recieve the payment so i can refund Alonzo . I was keeping Alonzo updated via chat. The only thing possible at the moment is i can refund him 6 usd and then tommorow ( since its 10:05 in england) i can go to the bank and get my card linked to my paypal account. He calls me a scammer , and has sworn at me on many occasions aswell as calling me other words via chat but i am still trying to co-operate with him . If i wanted to scam him i wouldnt have replied to any of his emails / messages nor would i have replied to this thread .

Hi , i was told to make a "similar" design to the thugbattle ingame which is made by bluetrends i believe so i didnt wat to copy it , i then via chat asked him if his game was about criminals and prisoner and he replied saying criminals and police , i stayed awake for a night and completed his design and then sent him it in the morning . He replied later saying he didnt like them and said he wanted it like thugbattle which i knew if i had copied i would have got done for copyright so i told him that i didnt want to copy thug battle and he said he wanted a refund or he wanted a design like thugbattle and an ingame , i said i wouldnt copy thug battle and that i will give him a refund but on friday . He argued with me for an hour about how he will take me to court ( which i found funny for a 20 usd design) and he got quite abusive. I still kept polite and in the end he told me that he will accept payment on friday . whilst all this was hapening i got a client who was interested in the design and would pay me on friday so i was going to take with one hand and refund with the other . But the client was on holiday and im asuming he is quite busy atm so he hasnt paid yet , also he is looking for a coder to code the designs into mccodes redux but cant pay more than 20 - 25 usd for it . I contacted alonzo today and told him that since i had promised him i would stick to it evan if i had to send him an echeck , now if that is the only method available to me right now there is nothing else i can do . I am ready to pay him a refund but it will come by echeck , he is saying that it wont work or something but since it is paypal it should work .

I had always wanted to have a tech website and a gaming site in one for reviews but I always thought there is too much competition , people like ign and Evan theunlockr . Yesterday after seeing your post I wen't on godaddy and tried to think of a name but I was greeted with the ' domain already taken ' so i started to think about your domain . I sat there with a pen and paper and a dictionary and tried to work out what it meant but I couldn't so I opened the net and I searched it and after wasting a lot of time I saw appetiser written on a page and I thought that it doesn't make sense so I searched appetiser and it meant something that stimulates you to eat . The name makes a little sense but I like it so il bid 15 dollars.

A word of advice , when posting a website for sale and unless im mistake here you are selling the domain and the hosting , you need to tell the potential buyer until when you have the hosting and also until when you have the domain.

crap , looks unproffessional and it just looks like you have added pictures on a background. i say practice gfx first , then try to sell. you havnt done much to it , and added too much of the same type of blood .

yup mine works fine too! , decent template by the way , also redex I believe that you had this problem on anouther thread too , its either your internet connection or your laptop ;)

the template is ok , not worth the buyout though because of it being too cramped in some areas. and the fact that it kinda simple beside the background.

well if its a gaming website im interested as i play alot of games , alot of them .!¬

nope the game isnt about the mafia , its about outlaws in the wild west, like a cowboy type person . like a bounty hunter also .

been trying . as you can see from the first post i came up with some names . i could tell you that the theme is about cowboys and the wild west and a bounty hunter / outlaw

depends , i would design for as low as $5 for login coded and $5 for register and $10 for ingame psd but im a practising gfx designer so i wont be as good as people that charge $35 to $40 + a template. but you can give me a go , i am cheap ;)
