  1. what do you mean? hmm..anyway, so you are saying, if I modify the header.php file, most will be modified as well? hmm..private message me about that help you are saying, and I might change my mind. :) i'll be buying v2 very soon anyway, probably next week or after my bday which is nov 5th, so, i'm just testing things out here on lite version, so that once i have this v2 on my site, i have some ideas to put in and know how to work in some things around. and i just found out on my other previous post that if it happens that my game would be successful with just lite version, then it doesn't matter buying v1 or v2..so, having v2 and lite version, will be good to have 2 running games with different styles and story.. :)
  2. i would love to show it to you, but like i said, i haven't fully designed it yet, i just tested some things i can do on the login.php page, and move things around and add some tables, etc...just for me to understand like you know, "hey so this is how it moves around the page" but you said the globals.php will do this all? so i must be wasting time if i continue, do you think so? hmmm... i only use lite for now so i don't know if that is the same thing as v2.
  3. ok i just found out how to modify the templates and added my own design.. but, i'm just having doubts, like am I doing this correctly or not? LOL. well, i modify the layout on my login page( login.php ), designed my own template, etc... and i think it went out pretty good. i even impressed myself. but of course, when i log-in in the account, and look around the inside of my game, the default layout is still the same on every pages. meaning, the only layout that has been changed is the layout from my login page ( login.php ) so my question is, is this normal? i mean, in order for me to fully design my game, do i have to do this on every pages? modify and design it? or is there a page file where i can modify, then all of the inside game template will be covered? hmm...i know this is an obvious question but like i always say, i'm still learning coding and i wanted to make sure about things ahead. thank you for any kind answers. :)

yeah..since my last reply, i have work things around. and yeah, i have move it over. but uhmm..i wonder how can i create tables or maybe things with border. you know, just to make the game screen with borders. you guys know i'm saying? coz the game now is default, like when you install mccode lite, it has no borders or something.

    trying to learn php

I already know HTML and CSS. It's not that hard. I have made a full website with it before. I've been around HTML and CSS for years now. And I also know some PHP, like I said, some known basics. But PHP for me is not that easy task compared to those two. That's why I'm trying my best now to learn PHP also javascript.

    trying to learn php

well, the subject tell it all. I know some basic php, but that's just it. i also want to design my own template. i wonder if someone can give me good advices here? i'm trying to modify the login.php of lite version. i wonder how do you guys move the login table or any of those parts around the page? do you guys have to make a lot of div's to make it happen? or what? im noobish yeah, like i said, i'm trying to learn on my own and im really willing to know. so i'm here to get good advices and some help. i've been told this is a good place to learn. thanks :)
  10. Oh I see. So you guys are saying, if it happens that my lite version became successful in any way, i don't have to bother buying v1 or v2?
  11. Ok. I just thought of this question, so don't think that its happening to me now. But hopefully yes..LOL Anyway, ok. For example, I'm using lite version, and modify it, maybe to look like v1 or v2 or maybe better. (doesn't matter anyway) And suddenly, it became successful. Like for example im gaining members rapidly, earning extra incomes, whatsoever. And now, because that happened, I decided to buy the mccode version 2.0.2. and try to use it to my successfully game or maybe update my lite to v2. My question is, is this possible? Does changing lite to v2 can ruin the game-made in lite? Can this also ruin the modified codes i made in lite, if i have to do making lite to v2? Or should I just stick with lite if it became successful anyway? This may be a stupid question for those coders out there, but i'm new, don't blame me. I'm just trying to learn. LOL So just try to be kind and just help out with your answers if you can please. :) I will appreciate it.
  12. can I use mccode version lite as a running and working game? What I mean is, can I add mods into it and design it on my own and maybe turn it out like version 1 or 2 and run a normal game? Or this is not possible because this is only a free version lite, so controls or scripts are limited? i'm not saying i can do this, i'm just asking if this is possible to make just using the lite version. Please help me :)
