I will only purchase items that can be fully modifed, the rights I would be looking for is full use, modify. I do not need resell rights. I will say that cost will be a factor in determing the purchase. I also need to know the base language (perl, php, ruby) and the database type (mySQL/postgress ect) php/mysql and ruby/mysql projects have a higher % change. I would also need to know if there is Ajax, JSON, JS on the client side. (not to much a factor just need to know)
