Re: I Need a coder Right, first off you spelt the topic wrong, great start! Secondly, 20% Is not enough, if you want 1/5 of your work done, example being, managing SQL tables 3 days a week or something, then yes 20% is ok. But for All coding, my theory is you will NOT get any type of coder that is any good. As they could be making much more elsewhere.
