You would need to be able to list the mothers looks and the fathers looks, then roll to randomly determine how many pups are in the litter, their gender, looks, size..etc.

Centrifugo is already deployed this does not need setup, may need to configure more namespaces if required.

i need someone to build a helper client in (Centrifuge-JS) to communicate with the backend (PHPCent) and authenticate the users with the Centrifugo Deployment and subscribe/connect them to the relevant channels including users own personal channel.

In this case, there will be three types of users: admin, object and user.

Admin - Do everything.

Object - 

1. Set availability to be booked. 
2. Accept, decline or refund booking.
3. Check their timetable or helps create a timetable for object.
4. Set prices of their services. 
5. Uploaded previous work.

Verified User -

1. Locate Object via postcode or title.
2. View Objects profile.
3. Book an appointment with Object. (Requires a payment).
4. Leave a rating and review after each booking.

Content - 

Login, Registration and Forgotten Password. -> Registration will need mobile number to be verified.

Object Registration -> There will also need to be a separate registration for Object users to register. When registration complete, administration will have to verify the user. Objects users are also require to pay a monthly subscription of the service this locator has provided. Therefore, a payment will also be taken when users are registered. When payment missed, Objects will be temporarily withdrawn from the site along with the tools it is provided with until payment is received.

Home Page -> A map (e.g. streets of London) where the user will be able to enter a postcode or a name of an Object and it will show pin points on the map with the relevant search (e.g. Object name or nearest to the Object's postcode).

When clicking on the pinpoint information should appear of the object. (e.g. objects timetable/availability along with an option to book an appointment with the object.) The information will be basically the objects profile on the map.

Booking Appointments System -> When bookings appointments only verified users will be able to book appointments. When a user has booked an appointment the object which has been booked will be given a notification to either accept or decline the booking. A payment will be then processed with either PayPal or via bank transfer or unless the user has selected cash payment (Only available with trusted users.) 

The booking system should also have a control panel for each objects account to accept or decline a booking or to post their availability. There should also a be a real-time live chat between the object and the user. Refund option should also be given when object has made a mistake. 

This is what I mainly need. If someone can help me out or give me a quote it will be great.

1 - Clan Perks: Being able to spend "Honor Points" on clan perks such as increased member slots, bonus stat gains, etc...

2 - NPC Shops: Limiting the amount of items available for purchase in the NPC Shops. Restock automatically according to parameters set by an admin.

7. the gang war system is HORRIBLE!

A war can be started without the other gangs knowlege or acceptance, there are no "events" to gang staff that notifies. There's a big red notice at the top of their gang page if they go to their gang. Someone that knew what they were doing could have deleted the other gang without them even knowing what was up. But in my opinion there should be an event that says ______Gang has declared war do you accept or ________Gang has surrendered do you eccept. In either scenario the war shouldn't be able to progress until the other has accepted.

An event that they won't see if they have more than 20 events. I do need the events to have more pages and if possible categorize them say gang events / attacks / mugs / etc also no gang member can't invite another...should there be that option?
